My interests are diverse. I love the outdoors and particularly exploring by walking. I am involved in Scouts as a Joey Scout leader. This involves me working with 5 to 8 year olds and working with them to learn and discover all sorts of new things. I love music and I sing in the Cantiamo Ladies Choir. We have great fun making beautiful music! My Christian faith is important to me and I am an elder in the Uniting Church. I love engaging with people and my Scouting and Church and teaching roles enable me to do this. I also like to combine engagement with people with my love of cooking. I am at my happiest when I am cooking up a storm in the kitchen to feed others. I teach because I enjoy working with young people to help them learn and grow. It gives me great pleasure to see new skills and understandings develop. I particularly enjoy the one to one engagement that is possible in my work with Educate Tutoring.
